Who I am. I’m Suzanne, a learning designer and software support specialist with 10+ years of remote experience in software support, training, and instructional design. I have provided services for corporate, government, non-profit, post secondary and K-12 audiences.
My process. I take advantage of the latest technology to provide economical, impactful learning based on best practices in education.
