Excel- Cleaning Data with formulas

More often data is being imported from databases. This can be problematic when doing calculations since the data may not be in a format that Excel can use. Presented are basic calculations for cleaning Excel data.

This project was a domain migration for 17,000 employees on four continents.  

My role on the team was to deliver webinars for PC, MAC, VDI and mobile migration procedures. Classes took place several times a day over a period of 2 months. Additionally one on one technical support was provided for those who were having support issues following the class, and those who had independently attempted migration and had difficulty.

O365 Device Migration

This is a comprehensive step by step guide that was used as a script for the Webinar sessions. Once the trainings were underway my role was to edit the document and add additional information and resources to enhance the procedures.

Using AI

The recent improvements in AI have far reaching impacts. Learners can now have training in a language that matches the default language of the application.  

This was a pilot to see if AI had advanced enough to permit translating a script written in English to another language and then having an AI generated voice read the script in the desired language. The results were very reliable after being reviewed by native language speakers, the procedure is now used for instructional content. This desirable outcome can benefit many learners, often applications have multiple default languages, but instruction is not available for the desired default language. 

Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare

Part of Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Environment is Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare. Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare is an extensive product. There are patient portals, physician portals, scheduling for staff portals, the availability of marketing tools, analytics and medical records storage. Our team of 5 completed over 130 learning modules over a 2 month period. 

To overcome the limitation of trying to use written instructions for learning mobile applications, Android Studio is used to screen capture. This emphasizes the 'taps' required and text that appears on the screen. It enables a learner to have a more fluid experience when learning mobile applications.

Mobile applications

Using screen capture on an application running on a mobile device eliminates any ambiguity that can be inherent in written directions. The learner can follow along on their mobile device while watching the video
